We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Need a different size or color? Contact us at support@twicethecharm.com and we’ll help you process an exchange, subject to availability.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake on our end).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance—we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your purchase is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or holidays.
🚚 Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS, and you can expect delivery within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
💵 Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the total number of items purchased and your shipping destination. The exact rate will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
✈️ Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS). A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped so you can follow it all the way to your door.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Twice The Charm, LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier.
